Registration and payment

Registration Instructions

Registration should be made on the following REGISTRATION FORM.

Please note there are two registration categories:

• Regular registration: for all participants (including invited speakers) except those PhD students who are awarded a fellowship by the organizing committee. The regular registration fee is 200€.
  

• PhD students who are awarded a fellowship by the organizing committee. For this category the registration is free of charge. To apply for a fellowship, send a message (with one recommendation letter by a senior professor) to vlasovia2019@ipcms.unistra.fr by April, 30th.
  

The registration covers the conference material (badge, book of abstract), the coffee breaks, four lunches at the CNRS restaurant, and the gala dinner on Wednesday evening.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details for paying the fees (bank account number, purchase order instructions, etc...). If you do not receive the confirmation message within 48 hours of registration, please contact the organizers.

Payment Instructions

Your registration will be validated only after payment of the registration fees (when applicable). Payment can be made on the registation form by:

• Credit card online;
• Bank transfer;
• Purchase order ("bon de commande", for French participants only).
